We want you to love your slides, however because we sell a custom, made to order product, we will not accept all returns. That being said, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to hear from you as we are always striving to improve our product and customer experience.
Here are our general guidelines with respect to returns:
1.Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have an issue with a purchase.
2.All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
3.We will replace defective products and products that have been damaged during shipping.
4.We will not accept returns being made for aesthetic reasons.
5.We will not accept returns due to sizing/fit issues, however we will offer at cost replacements when possible.
6.You will be responsible for shipping returned items.
